If you thought Aaron Rodgers was chill before, check him out in a new ad for Bose.
In a spot that debuted Friday, the Green Bay Packers quarterback is shown warming up out on the field for an away game against the Chicago Bears. To block out the shouts and whistles, Rodgers slips on noise-canceling Bose headphones playing a smooth “Catch Me I’m Falling” by Kelly Finnigan. One by one, the distractions slip away — the Bears fans, the photographers, the referees.
A smiling Rodgers walks slowly past them all, toward the player tunnel where a little girl in a No. 12 Packers jersey is waiting in the stands with a football.
Rodgers shared the spot on Instagram with the caption “Focus on what matters.”
The campaign by Bose, “the official sound of the NFL,” also features other NFL athletes who use music to get focused, including Russell Wilson, Larry Fitzgerald, Carson Wentz, Kirk Cousins, Antonio Brown, Jared Goff, Jimmy Garoppolo and Saquon Barkley.
The song by Finnigan, a California musician who is also a member of psychedelic soul band Monophonics, was released Friday as his debut single off an upcoming album.
